Steps to registration

1. Download and print  Registration Form

2. Fill in and sign

3. Contact a Committee member

4. Deliver Registration Form by hand to one of the committee members at the club or fax from abroad

5. Pay upon delivery of the form at the club, or deposit your fee with a bank direct debit in the club’s account: Bank of Cyprus 0113-01-056887
