Wet Academies and Rentals
The proper introduction to the sport from qualified sailing and windsurfing instructors strengthen future sailors’ ambitions to acquire their own boat and windsurfers in the future. Sailing and Windsurfing academies are available only for paid club members. Courses follow Begafigo standards relative to seamanship and safety of coastal sailing, based on the accepted commitments as described in the registration form, on behalf of the members.
The dinghy sailing lessons are performed on Laser class boats for sailors over 14 years old, and Optimist class boats for sailors of ages from 5 to 13 years old. The cost of lessons for Level I & II is 250 for ages from 05-13 years old and 400 above the age of 13. The course includes: 5 times in the water for 2:30 hours & 4 hours theory. Lessons are delivered from April until late November by our clubs Coach upon appointment.
The windsurfing lessons are performed on a start-board rig for all sailors over 6 years old. The cost of lessons is €250. The course includes: 5 times in the water for 2 hours & 3 hours theory. Lessons are delivered from May until early October by Instructor Vassilis Christodoulou 99623447 upon appointment.
